We lovely spend 2 nights in Warsash. Hopefully the room was compact and quiet with a microwave as well as a spacious patio. The location was good for traveling around Warsash, right by the sea, garden and the waterfront.

Seaview room was clean, bed comfy, and provided tea, coffee, milk, cereals. Fridge and microwave available. Good shower. Already booked for two more stays. Garden room had powerful shower, deep bath, lovely touches, and comfortable bed. Breakfast hamper and fridge in the room, welcoming host. Can't wait to go back. Lovely stay.

I greatly enjoyed stunning and lovely location of this property.
The staff were all helpful and super. I have stayed in queen room with a spacious patio as well as the bathroom for 2 nights. The breakfast served was satisfactory with rolls and fresh orange juice, for example.

The warm and welcoming owner made us feel right at home. The provision of milk in the fridge, tea/coffee, biscuits, and warm rolls with fresh orange juice was a lovely bonus for breakfast. The on-site parking and fast WIFI were very convenient for us. the location provided peaceful surroundings and stunning views of the sea.
The rooms were quite small and felt claustrophobic, especially during the hot weather. The sea view was partially obstructed by houses and a high hedge.

Lovely spot on Southampton Water with family-friendly restaurant/bar and sea views. Close to shingle beach for peaceful strolls. Comfy bed, good shower, plenty of towels, and tea/coffee. Ground-level rooms were easy for elderly guests. Quiet surroundings made for a relaxing stay.
